Por uma ética, uma crítica e uma clínica do inútil na Psicopatologia Fenomenológica

Resumo

Este artigo propõe o desenvolvimento de uma ética, uma crítica e uma clínica do inútil no campo da Psicopatologia Fenomenológica, com ênfase na abordagem terapêutica da esquizofrenia. Parte-se da constatação paradoxal de que a principal estratégia terapêutica amplamente empregada, a verbalização narrativa da experiência, é estruturalmente sobreponível ao sintoma cardinal da esquizofrenia, a hiperreflexividade, compreendida como a tendência do sujeito de interrogar reflexivamente fenômenos que deveriam ser vividos de modo tácito e pré reflexivo. Examina-se, nesse contexto, as contribuições e limitações das escalas fenomenológicas EASE e EAWE, apontando que tais instrumentos pressupõem uma correlação entre experiência vivida e sua verbalização que nem sempre se verifica na clínica esquizofrênica. Introduz-se, em seguida, o conceito de self territorial como dimensão intermediária entre o self mínimo e o self narrativo, argumentando que é precisamente esse nível, o do vivido espontâneo, corporificado e relacional, que se encontra perturbado na esquizofrenia e permanece subrepresentado nas abordagens terapêuticas convencionais. A partir dessa análise, defende-se que uma clínica do inútil, constituída por práticas informais e aparentemente destituídas de finalidade terapêutica explícita, como mediações artísticas, interação com animais, o humor e o simples caminhar, pode configurar um engajamento ético mais profundo com o paciente esquizofrênico. Sustenta-se que experimentar o inútil é, paradoxalmente, o que há de mais difícil e de mais necessário na clínica contemporânea. Conclui-se com a proposição de uma walking cure como complemento à talking cure freudiana, afirmando o valor terapêutico da espontaneidade, do passeio e do direito de se perder como condições de possibilidade para o reencontro do sujeito esquizofrênico com a experiência pré-reflexiva da existência.
